In 2016, Mrs. Qamar-un-Nisa Begam (a dedicated social worker and retired Director of Special Education) donated a 300-yard plot to PEBS Hospital to build a healthcare center for needy patients. It started its services in September 2018.

The building houses Eye OPD, Operation Theater for cataract surgeries, Cardiac OPD, Dental OPD, and Operation Theater for dental procedures.
